When you actively initiate an AI request in Retouchr, and after you confirm your intent, the system may send the images, reference images, masks, prompts, parameters, and related context required to complete that request to third-party AI services for processing. If you do not use AI features, we do not send your image content to those services merely because you browse, perform basic editing, or use non-AI functions.

At present, the relevant AI services are provided by Alibaba. The information described above is used only to complete the AI task you requested, return results, maintain service stability, control abuse risk, and support necessary troubleshooting. We do not use that content for unrelated advertising delivery or personalized marketing.

You understand and agree that AI generation, AI editing, AI color transfer, and similar capabilities are inherently probabilistic and non-deterministic. Even when similar images, prompts, and parameters are used, results may differ across time and processing conditions. Output may contain inaccuracies, defects, style instability, local inconsistency, or other deviations from your expectations.

Accordingly, Retouchr does not promise that AI output will be unique, perfectly accurate, or ideal in a single attempt. You may need to retry, or adjust prompts, reference images, selected regions, and parameters to improve fitness for your intended purpose. This uncertainty is an inherent characteristic of AI services and does not by itself mean the service is malfunctioning.

When you visit the Retouchr website, download the app, submit feedback, contact support, participate in testing, or otherwise interact with us, we may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as contact details, issue descriptions, feedback content, and other materials you submit during the interaction.

To keep the product running, compatible, and secure, we may also collect device identifiers, browser and operating system information, access logs, page interaction records, crash and performance data, basic network information, and technical information related to installation, updates, and request processing.

When you use photo editing, AI features, subscription purchase, order restore, permission requests, or other specific functionality, we also process the information necessary to deliver that functionality and use it only within a reasonable scope directly related to that feature.
